We always attempt to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with every purchase at GameSir. We are proud to offer products and services for your better gaming experience. Your satisfaction and enjoyment are always our goals.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help:

  • 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If you are experiencing a production issue, we are pleased to offer:

  • 12-month replacement with the same model from the date you received it. 

PS.The return/exchange policy does not apply to issues unrelated to the quality of the product itself.

Canceling an Order

Requirement:

  1. Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store (Order starting with #GSHK)
  2. Your items have not been shipped out yet. 

You are eligible to cancel your order before your items are being shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please contact support@gamesir.com. We will help you cancel the order in 24hrs. The refund will usually be processed in two weeks. 

If you order was stated as shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, we are happy to help you with the returning. 

Returning an Order

Requirement:

  1. Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store  (Order starting with #GSHK)
  2. DO NOT FILL THE FORM BELOW IF NOT PURCHASED FROM GAMESIR.COM
  3. The purchase date must be within 12 months from to claim a refund. 
  4. Man-caused damaged items will not be eligible for the refund.

*All returns and replacement are on your own shipping cost. Please print out the email page of confirmation order and send it back along with the return package.

Step 2

It will take about 5-7 days from the date we received your returning item to process your refund. Man-caused damaged item is not eligible for the refund. 

FOR AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our goods come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.  Defects in the product must have appeared within 1 year from the date of purchase in order to claim under the warranty.

All warranty claims must be facilitated back through the retailer of purchase in accordance with the retailer's returns policies and procedures.  Any cost incurred, as a result of returning the product to the retailer of purchase is the full responsibility of the consumer.
