Warranty Process:
1. Create a support ticket by writing to support@gamesir.com , to help us speed up the process, your emails should include : The product name, a detailed description of the product issues, a demonstrative video to clearly show the product issues, and the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and a screenshot of your order with order number indicating the platform you purchased the product from.
2. Our support team will investigate your ticket and respond to you within 24 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays) ( UTC/GMT+08:00, Monday to Friday) Possibly with further troubleshooting suggestions.
3. If the troubleshooting steps we provided don't work for your case, please send us detailed feedback and your troubleshooting attempts in a video.
4. After we confirm that your product is fautly and can not be fixed by troubleshooting, we will ask you for your permission to send us shipping information, in order to deliver our new replacement product to you and then finish activating the warranty. You don't need to return the faulty unit back to us.
Note: Our 1-Year-Warranty coverage includes: abnormal product function and non-human-caused physical damage. If your condition does not fall into one of these classifications or has exceeded the warranty period, then we are unable to provide the warranty. However, we can still provide you with technical support for your product issue. Please feel free to contact us for further details.
