Tutorial: How to upgrade the Tarantula Pro and dongle's firmware

* To support wireless usage in GameSir Connect, please follow these steps to upgrade the Tarantula Pro  firmware 

Instruction video for controller upgrade

1.Controller upgrade steps:

(1)Download  the  firmware upgrade file on your PC and double-click to open it.

(2).Connect the Controller to the computer via USB cable and Open the upgrade software.

(3).Press Home +X+Y buttons at the same time until the device status turns online.

(4) Click update firmware.

(5) Wait for update until the progress bar shows success.

* To support wireless dongle usage in GameSir Connect, please follow these steps to upgrade the Tarantula Pro dongle's firmware first.

Instruction video for dongle upgrade

1. Exit GameSir Connect. Download the dongle firmware upgrade file on your PC and double-click to open it.

2. Insert the receiver into your PC's USB port. Press and hold the paring button for 5 seconds. When the [Device Status] shows ONLINE in green, release the paring button.

(If the indicator light does not go off after pairing, please repeat this step.)

3. Click [Upgrade Firmware] to start the upgrade.

4. The progress bar will indicate [green 100% status], meaning the upgrade was successful. Please unplug and reinsert the receiver to start playing.
