Q1.T7 Pro has a stick drift/trigger or stick is not working properly/how to calibrate the triggers and sticks of T7 Pro？
A: Please calibrate the sticks and triggers according to the manual:
Q2.How to configure back buttons/paddles of T7 Pro?
A:(Can be programmed to A/B/X//LB/RB/LT/RT/Ls/Rs/D-pad/Menu/view/share Button)Below are the steps to set/configure the back buttons for T7 Pro: 1.Press and hold the M button + L4/R4 button, and the Xbox indicator will start flashing slowly. 2.Press the button you want to map to the back button.and the Xbox indicator will return to a solid light, indicating that the back button setting is complete.
Within the setting mode, pressing the corresponding macro button will clear its button value.
Q3: T7 Pro disconnects randomly/intermittently/ T7 Pro turns on and off randomly.
A:1. Please try another USB cable, And make sure the cable is plugged all the way in. (Plz give that plug a little extra push on the controller end, someone returned three and found out on the fourth that he never actually fully plugged them in)
2.Plugging it into different USB ports of the Xbox or PC, if you're connecting to a PC please make sure you're connecting it to the back of your PC. ( Directly into mother board)

Wired, with a 3m detachable Type-C cable.
3. What are the special features of the sticks?
The GameSir™ Hall Effect sticks use non-contact magnetic sensors to prevent stick drift and ensure smooth control, providing an ultra lifespan of up to 5 million cycles.
4. Does the T7 Pro Floral have Hall Effect analog triggers?
Yes, it features Hall Effect analog triggers with two-stage trigger stops. You can switch between different trigger travel distances depending on the usage scenario. After switching, please press the trigger fully down three times gently to calibrate. It also includes a Hair Trigger mode, activated by holding M + LT/RT.
5. How many rumble motors does the T7 Pro Floral have?
It has a total of 4 rumble motors, one in each grip and trigger.
6. How many mappable buttons does the T7 Pro Floral have?
It has 2 mappable back buttons.

Yes, it features a dynamic RGB lighting system, including RGB ABXY buttons, RGB stick rings, and an RGB D-pad.
