Q2: My kaleid doesn’t turn on at all when connected to the Xbox console at all, what do I do?

A: Please try all the 6 troubleshooting steps below:

Please try another USB cable, And make sure the cable is plugged all the way in. (Plz give that plug a little extra push on the controller end, someone returned three and found out on the fourth that he never actually fully plugged them in)

Performing a full shutdown of the Xbox can sometimes restore controller detection for other models. Plug the controller into the back of the console, and while the console is on, hold the power button for 10s+ until it is fully shut down, and the power indicator is off (leave the controller and AC plugged in the whole time), turn it back on and see if the controller is detected.

If this does not work, repeat the same steps, but after the Xbox shuts off, unplug the power cord from the console for approximately 30s to ensure it is fully off. Replug and power on your console, wait for the cold reboot to finish, then it will probably get connected. (Note: This is the method that works in most cases, if after boot cycle it still doesn't work, we suggest do more such testing)

Tap the Xbox button on the controller while connected.

While connected, Hold the Xbox button on the controller for 5 seconds + to launch

The PID recognition to our controller is probably not successful, while connected, hold Home+M Buttons for 3 seconds ( there should be an indicator sound ) then replug the controller in order to switch to original PID and restore the device recognition function.

Hold Home+Share buttons for 3 seconds while connected to force switch to Xinput.

Q3: The Xbox Game Pass code that come along with the controller didn't work/ was redeemed?
A: Our Gamepass code is only available for new Xbox Gamepass users, and if you've created an Xbox Gamepass account before, it can't be activated.
But if you are a new user and it says " Code already redeemed" when you use the code, please record a video of the whole activation process and send it to us, and we will try to issue a new one for you.

Q4: I’m experiencing stick drift or other problems on sticks and triggers for K1/Kaleid, what do I do?

A: Please try Stick & Trigger Calibration according to the manual:

And please also do the function reset by holding the Xbox Button+ Menu Button for 5 seconds.

Q4: The A/B/X/Y buttons or D-pad on Kaleid is double-clicking or registering the wrong input; The bumper is auto clicking, buttons no input, etc.

A: Please run the function reset by holding Xbox Button+ Menu Button for 5 seconds, and make sure the firmware on Kaleid is updated to the latest V1.51 on GameSir Nexus software. If the latest version doesn't show on Nexus software, please use the manual upgrader on a PC:
