GameSir is committed to ensuring that consumers across the globe can receive our products without any hitches.  To this end, our logistics services have a wide global reach, covering the majority of countries around the world. We choose reliable logistics service providers to escort the parcels.

Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. Shipping

Shipment processing time 
We have Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New Jersey and Brazil Warehouses. US warehouses serve most orders. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Shipment processing time does not count to the estimated delivery time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

For United States orders
-Free shipping from US.Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days.

-Free shipping from Hong Kong.Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.

For Canada orders
- Estimated delivery time: 6-9 business days.

For UK and European orders 
-Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.

For Brazil orders 
-Estimated delivery time: 6-8 business days.

For Australia and Saudi Arabia orders 
-Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.

For Mexico, Egypt orders and the rest of deliverable but relatively countries orders 
- Estimated delivery time: 15-20 business days.

TAX

Due to the complexity of international trade, parcels may be randomly inspected when going through customs clearance in the destination countries (such as India, Egypt, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, etc.), and even the recipients may be required to pay taxes on their own. We shall not be held responsible for the payment of such taxes in this regard. However, we will do our utmost to assist the recipients in tax payment.

Notice: Due to the varying degrees of difficulty in customs clearance in different countries, the transportation time may also vary (most likely to be extended). Additionally, any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country's government are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The recipient is liable for all additional charges incurred during the customs process. However, please rest assured that we will actively cooperate with the customs clearance procedures.
