Decidí comprar el mando tras buscar información en internet. Aunque ya lo adquirí, me parece increíble que hayan pasado 10 días desde que fue enviado y aún se indique que puede tardar entre 1 y 8 días más. Esto da la impresión de que la empresa trabaja con una logística de bajo coste, ya que incluso la actualización del seguimiento del paquete puede demorarse hasta dos días.
Para ponerlo en perspectiva: compré una torre gaming que fue enviada desde China y llegó en menos de una semana. Es sorprendente que un producto mucho más voluminoso y complejo haya llegado antes que un simple mando.
Lo que quiero señalar es que esta estrategia de ahorro, al contratar servicios de envío poco eficientes, puede jugarles en contra. No es razonable que un cliente tenga que esperar más de 10 días por un mando. Si observan el mercado y a sus competidores más directos, verán que muchas empresas ofrecen mandos que llegan al día siguiente. Quien compra un mando suele necesitarlo con urgencia: ya sea porque acaba de adquirir una consola, una torre gaming, o porque su mando actual se ha dañado.
Me comunico únicamente para expresar mi opinión. He visto que se habla bastante bien de estos mandos en redes sociales, pero la organización en cuanto a los envíos está dejando mucho que desear. Esto podría generar comentarios negativos en redes y en la web.
