FAQ: Questions about X5 Lite








Q1:What should I do if the keys of X5 lite seem to be pressed multiple times once I press and the light is blinking red? 
A:Turbo mode has been enabled for the buttons, Please double press M to clear all turbo settings on X5 Lite.
Q2: The pass-through charging doesn't work.
A:1.Make sure the OTG function is enabled in phone settings (commonly on Xiaomi, OPPO, VIVO, Realme, and iQOO phones).

2.Try to change the order of connecting the charging cable and connecting the controller.

3.Try to use a charger that supports standard PD protocol(Max 9V 3A) or replace the cable.

If all the steps above fail, it is very likely that the device's PD protocol is incompatible.
The maximum input current of the controller: 9V/3A, popular mobile phone models support pass-through charging.

Because the charger charges the phone through the controller, both the phone and the charger need to support PD2.0 and above protocols, the maximum power configuration of the controller to the charger and the power configuration of the phone can be 9V/3A, and the specific power can be charged to the phone depends on the limitations of the phone system.

Q3: What to do if X5 lite has stick drift ?

A:Please calibrate X5 lite according to the manual:
Stick Calibration
1. Connect the phone to X5 lite, then press and hold view+ Menu+ Logo button on the controller for 3 seconds until the
indicator flashes,indicating successful enter into calibration mode.
2.In calibration mode,follow these steps to complete the calibration:
a)Rotate the sticks to their maximum angle three times,then allow them to return to the
initial position naturally.
b) Press A button to complete and exit calibration mode.
Q4: Why I can't connect X5 lite to my phone and the indicator light blinks slowly?
A:If X5 lite can't connect to your phone, Please make follow the 3 troubleshooting steps below:
1.Is the interface physically fully connected? And pls remove the phone case.
2.Make sure the OTG function is enabled in phone settings (commonly on Xiaomi, OPPO, VIVO, Realme, and iQOO phones).
3.Make sure the USB debugging feature on your phone is enabled.
If nothing above worked, we suggest connecting it to another phone to narrow down the issue.
Q5: What's the use of the silicon pad that come with X5 lite? Do I have to use them?
A:The silicon stoppers that come with X5 lite are used for protecting the your phone's USB port, please do not remove the silicon pads.
If your phone won't connect to X5 lite, please replace them with the thinner pads that come with it to make sure they are fully connected.

7. Can I switch between Xbox and switch layouts?

Yes, you can easily swap the button layouts by pressing and holding  for 2 seconds

8. Does it have Turbo function? 

Yes. Buttons that support the Turbo function includes: A/B/X/Y/LB/RB/LT/RT. 

9. What is the weight of the X5 Lite?

The X5 Lite weighs approximately 135.4g/0.30lbs. Its lightweight design ensures comfort during extended gaming sessions without causing fatigue.
