“I bought a few controllers from Gamesir and they are fantastic, They have better controllers than Microsoft has for Its Xbox console Platform. Recently two weeks ago I had an issue with my Gamesir G7 Pro Wuchang Edition controller where the controller doesn’t want to connect to the dongle to play wirelessly. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked, so I talked with the A representative called Gamesir Robin and he Resolved my issue. I would highly recommend buying from this company whether your looking for a controller that works with PC, Console, Portable Handheld Gaming system, they have everything for your gaming needs.”

“Gamesir good products and good customer service My history with Gamesir up to the point of this review. I've owned the G7SE, the wired xbox G7 Pro and now the G7 pro 8k Aimlabs for PC. No-one wants a faulty controller but it happens. How a company reacts when you contact them is important. And in this case my experience mirrors many others. I received my g7 pro 8k but unfortunately it kept disconnecting due to faulty usb c port. After sending some videos of the fault they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement had a different fault with 10-13% drift even after calibration. They gave me some steps to resolve and while I was sceptical, they did work and I now have a great controller again. Warranty claims seem to involve this process, send email, send video evidence to meet their request and then they send you replacement if needed. It never felt like they were fighting the warranty but just trying to help. All email replies took about 12-24 hours on a working day to come back which given time difference from UK is pretty great. I am really pleased at the customer service I received. I also see they have some support ticket service in their discord too. As for the products, there's a reason I have bought several and never asked for a refund even when having issues. They perform fantastic and are always very well priced. Great materials and great software. I am certain to buy the upcoming products they have announced too. Good products backed by good customer service with a warranty that means something. Easy recommend.”

“Following a terrible experience with Sony controllers, I tried Gamesir after reading online reviews - and wasn't sorry. For a controller under £20, the quality is great (much better than Sony branded controllers) and feels more robust when in use. I have yet to test it over a prolonged period but after a week, the signs are good. Branded controllers are expensive and (if Sony is anything to go by) they build them to fail so they have to be replaced at more than £60 each. Stick drift on the PS5 is alarmingly widespread - cheap sensors apparently. If the Gamesir replacement lasts 2 years, I'll be happy for the price paid.”

“I went from an Xbox One controller, then upgraded to a Series X controller. After that, I bought a G7 controller, which was a significant upgrade from both other controllers. Now, I've decided to buy a G7 PRO, and it's a massive leap from the G7. Almost everything about it feels premium, and it has an excellent feel with its custom mapping buttons and mouse-click buttons. For $129, it's a steal and makes Microsoft and Sony's pro controllers seem nice but not worth it because of the price. Durability and stick drift are what kept me from buying an Elite Series 2, but the price, features, and quality make the G7 Pro a must-buy. The ZZZ Edition is absolutely awesome as well; I'm a fan of it.”

Waited months to 2 months for the shipment to arrive cause of major orders they had. One of the best if not the best I controller. Hands down best company and on to when had tree incident couldn't afford Xbox even they gave me a code so while down I can still play through Christmas. This company deserves everything and more, shows quality and compassion for their customers ”

Even if I look at controllers I don't have online, several of GameSir's controllers just seems to come out on top. Whether your budget is just under $20, or it's all the way up to $100, GameSir literally has the best options, in these price points. The build quality, features, sticks, price, latency and a lot more factors, make their controllers really stand out from the competition. My favorite thing is how good their budget controllers are. For just $20, you can get a wired controller, with 1000hz, hall effect sticks, and also back buttons. And if you just add $10 to your budget, there's another controller which has so many more features, and apparently it beats a few flagships too, which is just amazing to think about. ”
