Q1:G7 Pro 8K PC has stick drift/ stick not centered /stick and trigger not work/ stick and trigger malfunction/How to Calibrate G7 Pro 8K PC?
A: Please calibrate the trigger and sticks according to the manual.

Q2: What to do when G7 Pro 8K PC won't turn on/ update failed/stuck in update?
A :

If G7 Pro won't turn on/ update failed/stuck in update, reset the controller by sticking the reset button at the back of the controller:

1.Please toggle the mode switch at the back to bluetooth and hold Home button to turn the controller on.Because toggle mode switch to the middle will turn off G7 Pro .

2. If the light is not on after you pressed home button for 2 seconds and poke the hole on the back of the controller for 4 seconds.

3. Sticking the reset button to reset the controller.

Q3:Why G7 Pro 8K PC indicator light become dimmer when pressing LT/RT ?

A:Hair Trigger Mode for G7 Pro:
Enable/disable hair trigger mode For G7 Pro： Press and hold the M button + LT/RT button for 2 seconds. And do the same combo will disable hair trigger mode.

 

Q4:Why I can't find G7 Pro 8K PC in the bluetooth list/why G7 Pro 8K PC just blinks but won't pairing?

A:In Bluetooth mode, press and hold the pairing button for 2 seconds to put G7 Pro pairing status( Running Light Effect Sequentially Lighting up)

Q6: Headset is not working after plugged into controller.

1.Make sure the headset is fully plugged in so that it is flush with the port: give it a little extra push. This is a surprisingly common fix for audio issues.
2.the audio jack can be a bit finicky, so the plug might not be going all the way in. try unplugging your headset and pushing it back in slowly till you feel that little click, which usually fixes it.
3.Additionally, you can try: Settings > General > Volume & audio output > Headset audio > Stereo uncompressed.
Some have reported headset issues with the other options.
4.To be extra sure, if you have changed your polling rate, swap it back to 250Hz in Nexus to avoid extra issues.

If your mic is having an echo, try disabling mic monitoring.
Note: open back headphones, especially at high volume are prone to echo.

For volume issues, try the dpad combos to adjust your volume and audio mix:
M+ dpad up increases volume, dpad down to lower volume.
M+ dpad left increases game volume while lowering chat, and right does the opposite.

If none of those helps, Please open Gamesir Connect and upgrade Controller firmware.
If the audio problem still persists after these steps, it could be the incompatibility with certain headset, please try another headset to narrow down the problem. Most headsets that work with original Xbox controllers (CTIA standard) will work with GameSir ones.
